1. Who we are

Phasegate is operated by Delvir LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Delvir LLC is the controller of the personal information described here. Reach us at team@delvir.co.

2. What we collect

We collect different information depending on how you use the site today.

• Waitlist.When you join the pre-launch waitlist we store your email address, an optional company name, an optional note on the furthest award phase you have reached, a tag noting where the signup came from, a salted hash of the IP address the request came from — never the raw IP address — the browser user-agent string, and timestamps. Joining the waitlist uses double opt-in: we send a confirmation email, and your address only counts as confirmed once you click that link.
• Accounts, once the service opens. Email address, name if you give one, and your organization name.
• Customer content. The company profile text and Commercialization Plan drafts you write inside the workspace.
• Billing.Handled entirely by Stripe. We store only a customer and subscription identifier and a status — never card numbers.
• Operational logs. Request logs retained by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
• Email engagement. Delivery, bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe events from our email provider.

3. Why we collect it

We use this information to run the service, send the messages you asked for (including the waitlist confirmation and, once you have an account, alerts and digests), bill you for a paid plan, and secure the service and enforce fair-use limits.

4. Cookies and analytics

Phasegate sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing on the site tracks you across other sites. Product analytics on the public site is cookieless.

One cookie is set today, and only if you ask for it. If you pick Light or Dark in the appearance control in the header, we store that choice in a cookie named pg_themefor one year, so the page loads in the appearance you chose. It holds nothing but the word “light” or “dark”, it is never read by anyone else, and choosing Auto deletes it. Once accounts open, the only other cookie Phasegate sets is the session cookie that keeps you signed in.

5. Subprocessors

We use the following processors to run Phasegate. This is the only place we name them, because naming them here is required for transparency about where your data goes.

• Vercel — hosting — United States
• Neon — database — United States
• Stripe — payments — United States
• Brevo — transactional email — EU/US
• Anthropic — text drafting and matching assistance — United States

6. Where your data is processed

Our infrastructure is in the United States. Our email provider may process data in both the EU and the US in the course of delivering messages.

7. Retention

Waitlist rows are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Account data is kept while your account is open and for a limited period afterward to allow reactivation and to meet legal and billing obligations. Rate-limit counters are short-lived and discarded automatically.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your information, and you can unsubscribe from any email with one click. To make a request, email team@delvir.co.

9. California residents (CCPA)

We do not sell or share your personal information. California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold about them, to request deletion of it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Contact us at the address above to exercise them.

10. European and UK residents (GDPR)

Delvir LLC is not established in the EU or UK, but we honor requests from EU and UK residents to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export their personal information, and to object to our processing of it. Our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract (running the service you asked for), your consent (waitlist and marketing email), and our legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention). 11. Children

Phasegate is not directed to, and is not for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn a child has provided us information, we will delete it.

12. Restricted data

Phasegate must not receive Controlled Unclassified Information or export-controlled technical data. See Data we will not accept for the full list of what not to submit and why.

13. Security

We encrypt data in transit, use parameterized database access to prevent injection, rate limit requests, and apply standard security headers. Access to customer data is limited to what is needed to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we make no certification claims about our security program.

14. Breach notification

If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users and, where required, regulators, without undue delay and consistent with applicable law.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new effective date here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-product notice.
